For the June 2011 issue of What Car? Will Williams collected a shiny 3008 from our showroom (for review) and was assisted by our Sales Manager Shaun Wright. Shaun offered some helpful advice and walked him through each important feature on the model. It was all in a day’s work for our Sales Manager.  However it seems that Mr Williams was surprised at this level of helpfulness from a car dealership as it was highlighted in his review. He also noted how after-sales service proved to be a supportive experience.

"I just wanted to send in my thanks for the excellent Customer Service I have received whilst putting my car through a service yesterday. Your Service Customer Advisor, Kevin Wheeler, has gone over and above the customer service I am so used to receiving now a days.

Kevin ensured I was kept fully informed at all times as to what was recommended for my car without any pressure. Not only did he also then make certain that my day was not disrupted and I was able to fit in the service around the  three school runs I needed to do, but also assisted me in the transfer of my belongings to and from the courtesy car without being asked and finally ensured that we were able to still fit in the valet service.

I would like to make sure that Kevin is made aware that he is doing a very good job and making a Service / garage experience a refresingly nice one when it can sometimes be an intimidating one for some."
