	Caring for the environment The Peugeot 207 range is the heart of the Blue Lion line-up that reflects vehicles with CO2 emissions lower than or equal to 130 g/km, that are manufactured in an ISO 14001 certificated production facility and are 95% recyclable. VED (road tax) is as low as £30 for some models, reflecting the low CO2 emissions of 117 g/km and fuel economy of 64.2mpg (combined)

An International Engine of the Year award was won by Peugeot's accomplished 1.6-litre, four-cylinder direct injection turbo petrol engine which was introduced in 2007 on the Peugeot 207. The engine improves fuel efficiency and reduces emissions by around 10% compared with the previous generation of engines. This award is judged by an international panel of 65 renowned motoring journalists from 32 countries, who assess engines for driveability, performance and economy, and recognise manufacturers successful application of advanced engine technology.
