What is the difference between Peugeot HYBRID and HYBRID4?
The Peugeot HYBRID system is an amalgamation of both a single electric motor and PureTech petrol engine working together.
Features of the Peugeot HYBRID system:
- PureTech 180 petrol engine
- 110 hp electric motor
- Combined total of 225 hp (maximum power)
- Less than 49 g/km of CO2
The Peugeot HYBRID4 is a four-wheel drive system and has an extra electric motor; one for each axle; providing even more power and traction. This is a combined 300bhp available to the driver from both the electric motors and PureTech engine working in harmony.
Features of the Peugeot HYBRID4 system:
- PureTech petrol engine (200hp)
- 55 hp front electric motor
- 55 hp rear electric motor
- Combined total of 300 hp (maximum power)
- 0-62 mph in 6.5 seconds

WLTP refers to the new industry standard for measuring economy and efficiency. Unlike the laboratory statistics displayed in previous years, the WLTP standard gives you more realistic economy and efficiency figure to judge your vehicles’ economy.
