What Models are available in HYbrid4?

Currently only two models are available in HYbrid4.

• Peugeot 3008 Hybrid4
• Peugeot 508 RXH Hybrid4 (very limited run)

With more models likely to follow, the Hybrid4 technnology is here to stay. 

What benefits are there to driving a HYbrid4?

An entire breakdown of savings are discussed here. However the following represents a small part of what it means to drive HYbrid4:

• Higher MPG (the 3008 Hybrid4 can manage 74mpg)
• Low CO2 emissions (99 g/km)
• Lower BIK for business users
• Higher expected resale value (according to CAP forecast)
• No London congestion charge 
• Free road tax (for under 99g model only)
• High performance 
• Near silent driving (in ZEV mode)
• Driver Choice - choose Zev mode (electric only), 4WD, Sport or Auto modes

 What are the four modes available in driving HYbrid4?

This is probably best explained in the video below. However these are:

Auto
This mode allows the HYbrid4 to intelligently manage the best combination of diesel and electric. Using Auto mode allows you to reach up to 74mpg and 99g/km CO2 emission

ZEV
This pure electric mode allows the occupants to experience silent driving. The batteries recharge when decelerating or braking and clearly is the most efficient mode for local driving.  

4WD 
The electric motor and diesel engine operate together to obtain the best traction for icy or hazardous weather conditions. 

Sport 
In this mode the engine and motor work together to provide the most dynamic performance (including the maximum BHp).

Is there a compromise in driving quality
Absolutely not! In fact you'd be forgiven for not realising these cars are hybrids at all. The 3008 HYbrid4 99g has 200BHp, 4WD (front wheels driven by diesel and rear wheels driven by an electric motor) and 118mph top speed. 

The HYbrid4 engines are without doubt the driving tools of the future. The first vehicle to use this engine (the 3008 HYbrid4) is certainly the pioneer of the automotive world. Charters look forward to introducing new HYbrid4 models across the range.

Diesel Car Magazine claimed it is the "Best Eco Car of the Year 2011".

What Car? also share their sentiment, naming it "Green Car of the Year".They stated
