Charters' favourite feature of the Citroen C4 Safety is a real asset of the Citroen C4 - which has a five star Euro NCAP rating. It features EBA (emergency braking assistance) on all models and ESP (electronic stability programme) as standard on most models. The Exclusive and VTS C4 versions feature a tyre pressure monitor to regularly check each tyre. The range also features the optional Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) which uses infra-red sensors to detect any crossing of white lines without using the indicators over 50mp. The Citroen C4 has four adaptive airbags, side window airbags, and lateral airbags integrated into the front seats. And, did we mention the rain-sensitive windscreen wipers that are standard on VTR+, Exclusive and VTS models? |
